How to Access a Certification Student's Session Portfolio

Go to crm.zoho.com. 

On the horizontal menu on the Dashboard, select Certifications.

On the left vertical menu under L1 - Cases Needing Action, select L1 - My Portfolios to Review.

The system will pull up those students that have completed the different percentages on their portfolios for you to review.

Once selected, you will see all those portfolios that need to be reviewed.

You will see the list there (if you have any) and click on one (the field under Cert Case Name) and it will take you to their Case.

The link to access a portfolio will be on the Dashboard as shown below.

By clicking the link, a new tab will appear with the portfolio sessions. (The link will appear once they start adding sessions in the portfolio, if no sessions have been added there won’t be any link in that section.) 

In case you don’t see a link but they say they have added a session, follow the next steps to search manually for it. 

To search for a missing portfolio link you need the student ID and a generic portfolio link (given below). 

The Student ID will be on their Case Dashboard as shown below. 

Usually it is a 5 digit number. You will see it as Wordpress ID. 

Copy the link below and paste the ID number at the end of the URL.

Click on it and you will see the student portfolio.

The same link needs to be added in their case in the Portfolio Link field if it is not already there.
