How to Certify A Body Code Student
From the ‘My Cases Needing Action’ page, under the Portfolio Progress column you will see the portfolios marked 100%, that are ready for review.
Click on the Cert Case Name to open their certification page.
Click on Review Portfolio to open the portfolio.
In the dropdown, change the percentage reviewed to 100% and hit save.
The ‘Review Portfolio’ button on the student’s page will change to ‘Approve Portfolio’.
Click that button to approve.
A box will appear where you will select ‘Checklists”.
Click the ‘Check if Approve’ button, and save.
At this point you will check that the Course Progress shows 10 Modules completed, and that both Agreements have been signed.
The “Approve Portfolio’ button will then change to ‘Certify Student’.
Click that button and the student’s case will be marked 'Certified’.
