There are 2 different ways to access a student’s portfolio.

#1. From the student’s L2 Certification page, you can access a portfolio by clicking on the highlighted Portfolio Link.

#2. On the ‘Certifications’ page, you will receive a notification at different stages of completion, as students progress through their portfolios. These will occur at 25%(10 sessions), 50% (25 sessions), 75% (40 sessions), and 100%. 

Here you will click ‘Cert Case Name’.

You are now looking at the certification page.

Click ‘Review Portfolio’  (blue button) in the student’s account to find the link to their portfolio.

Click on the blue link (highlighted) to open the portfolio.

Portfolio page comes up.

Click ‘Expand All’ to review sessions. (Right side ½ way down)
