The following information is found in Zoho under Certification Policies. Here is information directly related to re-enrollment in certification programs.

Course Completion
All students receive 6 months (183 days) to complete the course. After the 6 months, their course will end and they will lose access. If they have not completed the course they will have to purchase re-enrollment.

Certification Holds
Customers cannot place their certification on hold for a later start date. Start dates begin at purchase.

Certification Re-Enrollment
Re-enrollment can be purchased only if the user has previously purchased that main corresponding certification product. Students can Re-Enroll, at anytime, after their initial 6 months have expired.

*Course progress is saved, however students previously enrolled in an old course will be enrolled into the current certification course and will not have any progress carried over from old courses.
