How to Resend "Certify Congratulations" Email
If a student is certified but didn’t receive the "Certify Congratulations" email (or wants another one), you are able to resend one.
Go to their Case Dashboard in Zoho.
Confirm the Status says Certified.
Click on Send Email.

Click on Insert Template and search for L1 Certified Congratulations template.

After selecting it, the template will be added and you can click Send.

The congratulatory email is sent again!
PLEASE NOTE:
You can also resend the email in their own language if that is preferred.
To find this easily, select the Template Certification in the first box, and type Congratulations in the second box.
Then select the correct email in the preferred language.
