How to Access Belief Code Students Assigned to You in Zoho CRM
Go to crm.zoho.com
Click on the Certifications tab.
Use the dropdown and click on L3 - My Open Cases' OR 'L3 - All Cases'.
This is the complete list of all the students who are currently assigned to you.
If you click on the email address under ‘Cert Case Name’ it will take you directly to their student L3 - Certification page.
If you click on their name under Contact, it will take you to their Contact page.
From the Contact page, you can get to their L3 certification page by scrolling down to ‘Certifications’ and clicking on the highlighted L3 link.
