Go to crm.zoho.com

 Click on the Certifications tab.

Use the dropdown and click on L2 - ‘My Open Cases’.

This is the complete list of all the students who are currently assigned to you.

If you click on the email address under ‘Cert Case Name’ it will take you directly to their student L2 - Certification page.

From their Contact page, you can get to their L2 certification page by scrolling down to ‘Certifications’ and clicking on the highlighted L2 link.
