How to Create a L1 Student Case in CRM
If a contact’s information has already been added, search for the name or email on CRM.
Click on contact.

On the bar to the left select Certifications, and then select New.


You can now create the case.
In Create Cert Case field, select Level 1 Emotion Code.
Confirm the name and email address are correct.
In Cert Case Name field, fill in L1 and paste the email address. There has to be one space between L1 and the hyphen (dash) another space before the email address (for example, L1 - [email protected]).
For Cert Language, select the correct language for the certification course.

Scroll down to add the start date (the day of payment) and deadline (six months from date of payment).

Click Save and the case will be created.
The next step is going to WooCommerce to find the student and copy the Wordpress ID.

Go back to CRM and add the Wordpress ID in the field called Wordpress ID.

Click Save and the case will be created.
The next step will be to assign a Student Advisor.
