How to Respond to a Tag in Zoho CRM on a Student’s Case
You will receive an email informing that someone has made a comment and has tagged you on it.

Click on the email and you will see who tagged you and their comment.

Click on the blue letters at the end of the line with the Cert Case for the student (L1 - email of the student).

It will redirect you to the case in Zoho CRM where you can reply to the comment.

Depending on what the tag is, you can tag back, email the student or reply.
