How to Find a Body Code Student's Signed Agreement
Use this info when reviewing a student’s completed portfolio and there is not a date showing in the Participation Agreement or Practitioner Agreement Signed field.
Open Zoho, and click on ‘More Apps’ from the menu.

Click on the Zoho 'Sign' app.
Click 'SignForms' then 'All'.
Type the student's name into the search bar and scroll through to find the correct agreement.
Click on the desired agreement to view and/or find the date of completion.
Close out this window and return to the student's L2 page and enter that date (Practitioner Agreement Signed).
You are done. Great job!
