How to Respond to a Student’s Ticket/Email
There are two ways to get to your emails. Every student email that comes through CRM, will also go to your Discover Healing work email. You will receive an email saying a new ticket has been assigned to you, or a student has replied.

Open the email and select ‘View Ticket’. A new window will appear in Zoho Desk.

This will redirect you to the email in CRM.

You can also go straight to Zoho Desk to access all emails. (My Open Tickets)

Open to answer. When finished, click on the small arrow to the right of the ‘Send’ button, and click ‘Send & Close’. This will send and close the ticket, so it is not put into the ‘My Open Tickets’ file.
