How to Access and Review Belief Code Student Portfolios
From the Certification page in CRM, Select L3-My Portfolios to Review from the drop down menu highlighted in the upper left corner. This will populate your Belief Code portfolios ready for review.
Then click on the student L3-certification case link you are wanting to review. This link will take you to the Student’s Certification case page.
On this page at the bottom of the screen is the Level 3 Portfolio section. The Portfolio link is here highlighted in blue.
In this section you will see the portfolio progress, the percentage it has been reviewed, the number of sessions and if the portfolio has been submitted. Click on the blue link. This will open another tab and take you to the student's portfolio page.
Once you are done with the review, go back to the Certification page tab and make notes concerning the portfolio.
List anything the student needs to work on or is doing well or the progress that was checked.
You can also tag your supervisor here as well if there is something that they need to look at or help with.
Click in the “add a note” field and click save when you are done.
Scroll to the top of the page and Click the Blue Review Portfolio button below to select the percentage of portfolio progress that was reviewed. This portfolio has been already reviewed at the 50% completion mark. Select the 100% reviewed and click save.
The system will notify you of 2 different stages of completion as students progress through their portfolios. These will occur at the 50% (12 sessions) and 100% (30 sessions) marks.
So if you are reviewing it at the 50% completion mark you will select 50%. If you are reviewing it at the 100% completion mark select 100%.
Whenever the portfolio is ready for a review, the blue Review Portfolio Button will appear on the Certification page.
The final step is to send the student an email notifying them of their progress. Indicate if they are doing well, or if they need to update sessions according to your feedback and instructions.
Click the blue Send Email button at the top right corner of the page to send them an email.
Send it from the Student Advisor email address so when they respond it will create a ticket in the system.
(If you send it from your personal Discovery Healing email, it will not create a ticket when they respond and you will only have notification in your email inbox of their response and not in the CRM tickets.)
After writing the message, click the blue button at the lower right to send it.
You are done. Great job!
