How to Certify a Belief Code Student
From Zoho CRM, click on the Certification tab and select from the drop down menu ‘L3 - My Portfolios to Review’.
Under the Portfolio Session Count column, search for the cases that have 30+ sessions to review and the practitioner agreement has been signed.
(You can manage your columns in CRM to show what information you would like to display.)
Click on the L3 Cert Case Name to open their certification page.
Click on the blue Review Portfolio button.
In the dropdown menu, change the percentage reviewed to 100% and hit save.
Another blue button will appear in its place saying Approve.
Come back to this once you are finished reviewing the portfolio case.
Scroll down to the portfolio link highlighted in blue.
A new tab will appear with the portfolio.
Confirm all sessions are there by checking the numbers for each type of session and total sessions.
Review all remaining sessions, approving the sessions if they are acceptable.
If the portfolio is complete with no errors or updates to make and all the session requirements are met, then the portfolio is ready to be Approved.
Click back on the Certification Case tab to approve the completed portfolio.
Click on the blue Approve button only if the portfolio is complete and error free.
A menu will appear.
Click on the Checklists tab.
Click the box of ‘Student met the portfolio requirements’ and hit save.
If the portfolio needs updating, make notes of what is needed and save.
Send an email to the student.
Confirm all is in order:
- Modules are complete
- Portfolio is complete
- Practitioner Agreement is signed
Then click the blue ‘Certify Student’ button.
This will trigger an email notification to be sent to the student that they are now certified.
