Set up a scheduling app like Squarespace (Acuity) with your appointment information. You will receive a scheduling link to send to the student.

Here are some things that should be included in the scheduling app plan:

- Converts time zone

- Sends reminder email 24 hours in advance

- Info on how the student can reach you at the time of appointment (This may be different for those in the U.S. and those outside of the U.S.)

- Place to list their questions and/or issues they would like addressed in the session

- Ability to block out times you are/are not available for calls, to only schedule times and dates that work best for you

You will want to set up a Skype account, Zoom account, or another number as a way to connect without having to use your personal number.

At some point during their certification, send them an email and include your link so they can schedule a time to meet with you.

It could say something like this:

"Your sessions are looking great! I want to also let you know that included with enrollment for Body Code Certification, you are given one free 20-minute tutoring session with your Student Advisor. During this 20-minute phone call I can do a tutoring session with you, or use this time to answer any questions you might have. Here is my link to schedule your session. (Add link)"

A tutoring session is their opportunity to discuss any concerts they might have, ask any questions, or give you a chance to discuss possible issues with their sessions. This time can also be spent doing a tutoring session on/for them.
