How to Respond to a Tag in Zoho CRM on a Body Code Student’s Case
You will receive an email informing you when someone (usually a Customer Support team member) has tagged you in a comment.

Click on the email to see their comment. Click on the highlighted L2- student email address.

This will direct you to the student's case in Zoho CRM where you can reply to the comment.
Write your reply in the "Add a Note" field and click "Save".
