How to Respond to a Ticket/Email on Zoho Desk

You will receive an email saying a new ticket has been assigned to you.

Click on the email to open it. At the bottom, you will see the option to open a ticket in Zoho Desk.

Select View Ticket and a new window will appear in Zoho Desk.

Select the blue icon with the arrow and choose Reply.

Compose the response and once you are done, at the right bottom corner you will see the SEND button. -IMPORTANT- Select the arrow and choose SEND AND CLOSE.

The message will be sent and the ticket will be closed.
