How to Assign a Student (Manager Role)
In CRM go to the option bar and select L1 - Advisor Needed.

In that option you will see all the new Students that need a Student Advisor. You will also see the different languages they are coming from.

Click on L1 - and the email of the student to go to the case. If you click on the Contact you won’t go to the Certification Case but to the general contact information.
For now you will be the Case Owner until you assign a Student Advisor.

Click on Select Advisor and type a name and select it.

The Student Advisor will receive an email indicating a new student as been assigned to her/him.
If you scroll down to the emails section, you will see that an automatic email will be sent to the Student. This is the generic email of the Student Advisor welcoming the student.
