Copyright & Trademark Guidelines
Introduction
Many of the words we use are copyrighted or trademarked, which actually cost the company a considerable amount of money to accomplish and maintain. Let's use the correct symbols to denote this, when appropriate.
Copyright Information
When referencing the books, The Emotion Code or The Body Code, add the copyright as instructed by our attorney.
See the letter and Certificate of Registration sent to us by Robert A. Gurr, Attorney.

- Do not use a trademark symbol within a link.
- If the written piece is very lengthy, you may use the trademark symbol again near the end of it (around the last paragraph), but one occurrence in a piece offers adequate legal protection, so it is not necessary.
