As a Student Advisor you will receive an email each time a new student is assigned to you.

To look for your students go to crm.zoho.com.

Select on the option bar L1- My Open Cases.

There you will see all the students that have been assigned to you. 

The Status column indicates different colors for In Progress, Portfolio to Review, or Past Deadline. This will tell you at a glance where your students are in their progress. 

(Most of them will show as In Progress.)
