Unregister Customer for Event

1. Check to see if the customer is eligible for a refund.

Use our refund policy criteria to determine eligibility:

Cancellation Notice

Refunds on event tickets are offered until 30 days prior to the event; after that, no refunds on ticket purchases will be given. However, if there is an extreme case preventing the Attendee from attending, the ticket price will be extended as credit that can be used for a future Discover Healing event.  These exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis by the Customer Service Manager. Travel and accommodation expenses are always paid for by the Attendee and are made at his/her own risk. When Discover Healing cancels an event, the ticket price for our event will be refunded to those who have registered. No reimbursements on travel, accommodation, or any other expenses will be paid to customers. The event ticket price is the only expense that will be refunded to anyone who registers for our events.

In Person, Live Certification Events

The above cancellation policy does apply to Certification events, meaning the ticket price can be refunded until 30 days prior to the event. This includes the cost of the event and the certification purchase. You may request to have this ticket transferred to another event based on availability. You may also transfer the certification portion to the online certification.

2. If the customer is eligible for a refund, process the refund in WordPress WooCommerce.

3. Go into WordPress Events.

4. Find the event and delete the person from the event.

5. If we are tracking the registration number for available space, note the change in available seats.
