Using the Switch to Customer feature, you can assume a Customers account to view their account, place an order on their behalf, etc.

1. You must be logged into your Discover Healing account, which must have permissions to use the Switch to Customer feature.

2. From the top Wordpress Admin toolbar, hover over your profile and select the Switch to Customer option. If you don't see it you will need permissions added to your account.

3. Search for and select the customer whose account you need to access.

4. Now you have assumed the customers account and you can perform actions on their behalf. ALL actions you perform while in their account do affect their account. You can place an order, view their courses, etc.
Once complete, you MUST Switch back out of their account!!
