How to Help a Customer Order a Staff Session

Guide the Customer

The best thing to do is to help them do it on their own computer while you talk them through it.

Guide them to the Staff practitioner page: https://discoverhealing.com/staff-practitioners/

Have them decide which staff practitioner they want to work with.

Have them click on "Learn more about working with (name of practitioner)."

Phone Session

If they want a phone session, have them click on Book a Session.

A calendar will appear with the available times. Most practitioners are booked out a little ways.

The white dates will have the openings for sessions.

Confirm the time zone with the drop down and choose the time that will work.

Have the customer fill in all fields and click Next.

Email Session

For email sessions, once selected it will go directly to check out.

Check Out

Confirm the Session details are correct and then check out as normal. 

Switch Into Customer's Account

If the customer is having trouble with this process, you can switch into their account and do it for them.

Reminder

Before the session, the customer will receive an email with the phone number to call at the time of the appt.
