How to Answer a Zoho Desk Ticket Submitted by a Customer
A Zoho Desk Ticket is the way we communicate with our customers by email.
It allows us to keep a good record of our interactions with customers that anyone on the Customer Support, IT, or Certification team can refer to if needed. (For this reason we use Zoho Desk tickets rather than sending emails to customers from our individual email addresses.)
How Customers Can Get Support
Customer Support links are located at the top and bottom of the page on https://discoverhealing.com/
Clicking on a Customer Support link will direct a customer to the Discover Healing Help Desk.
- A Search field at the top will quickly narrow down the information on that topic.
- Self-help resources and links are posted in the Knowledge Base, along with Announcements and Community Forums.
- The Chat box in the lower right corner allows the customer to quickly communicate with a customer success agent.
- The phone number for Customer Support is found on the page.
- If the customer can't find the answer to his question, he can submit a support ticket by clicking on “submit a ticket”.
