There are 2 ways to cancel a subscription to the Body Code System App. 

The way it was purchased will determine which way to cancel it.

If the subscription was purchased through Discover Healing:

1. Switch into the customer’s account.

2. Cancel the subscription for the customer

If the subscription was purchased through Google:

1. Confirm subscription status through: https://app.revenuecat.com/lists/list1d3bdbcac1

2. Have Customer Support Manager login to Google to cancel the subscription through Apple

3. Tell the customer to cancel it through Apple under Settings > “Your Name” > Subscriptions
