How to Create a New Ticket in Zoho Desk
A customer success agent can create a new Zoho Desk ticket to send an email to a customer by logging into: https://support.discoverhealing.com/support/discoverhealing/ShowHomePage.do#Cases/q/status
Click on + New support ticket.

Fill in these fields:
1. Email (Requestor) - Who you are sending the email to
2. Subject - What it is about
3. Description - Message being sent
4. Click Send as Email - Review your email and then send when you are ready.

Once it is sent, a new ticket is created and it will be assigned a ticket number which appears next to the subject.
It will be assigned to the agent that created the email and marked as completed for possible follow-up later.
