A user has the ability to request a password reset clicking the "Forgot Password" link here: https://discoverhealing.com/my-account/lost-password/

If for some reason you need to manually reset their password please login to discoverhealing.com with your staff account and follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the User Area

Navigate to "Users" in the Wordpress dashboard sidebar. Click "All Users."

2. Search for the user

Type in the name or email address of the user in the search bar.

3. Locate the Password Section

Scroll down until you locate the "Password" section. Follow these steps:

1. Click "Generate Password"
2. Delete generated password and type in desired password.
3. Confirm use of weak password if necessary (not recommended).
4. Scroll down and click "Update User"

Search for the email address in Metorik.

"Click Edit."

Click "Set New Password." Enter the new password.

Click "Update Profile" at the bottom of the page.
