How to Follow Up With Leads
When a lead is received, call the lead and:
1. Help them purchase if they are ready to purchase.
OR
2. If they are not ready yet, create a follow up by putting the lead in CRM > Deals.

Click Create Deal and then put in the lead's info and save it.
Set a reminder to follow up either in Deals or on your work calendar.
