How to Record a Webinar with Screenflow as a Co-Host
Join the webinar at least 15 minutes before start time for preparation and testing.
Open Google Chrome browser.
Go to https://zoom.us/ and login by clicking on "My Account".
*Be Advised!* Only a team member other than the presenter should attempt to record the presentation with screenflow. Once this setting is activated, the co-host may not be able to hear anyone else on the call. This is not a flaw, but a feature. It is why the presenter cannot record with screenflow, and why a co-host is required.*
Go to Zoom > Preferences > Audio > Telestream Audio Capture.
Open Screenflow Application
Check for software updates. If any are available, please update your screenflow application to the latest version. (As of 2023/06/28, Version 10.0.5.)
File > New
Ensure the following settings are in place:

Press the record button (Red dot at the bottom).
Once the presentation is over, end recording by pressing “Command+Shift+2”, or by clicking on the screenflow icon at the top right and side of the screen, and clicking “Stop Recording.”
