Imagine your desktop divided into rows and columns of three, making up 9 spaces. This framework is fundamental in photography and film, and will be essential for creating high-quality screen captures.

When performing volunteer sessions, your Browser Window, containing the Emotion Code Chart, Body Code app, Belief Code app, and powerpoint/keynote slideshow, should stay on the Left Side of the screen, filling the Left and Center Columns. (Spaces 1-6).

Session Notes should stay on the Right Side of the screen, filling the Right Column (Spaces 7-9).The idea is to cover your desktop, thereby de-cluttering the frame. In order to maintain visual consistency, please do not move, reshape, or resize any windows for the duration of the presentation. If you must do so, minimizing is preferred.

While taking notes, please do not write anything in space 9, as it is reserved for the webcam footage, post production. The final result should appear similar to the image below.
