How to Record a Webinar with Screenflow as an Editor
Power up your Screenflow application by clicking on the Screenflow icon. If you do not have the application installed, you can download it from the App store. Ideally, it should be easily accessible on your dock, as shown below. Update software as needed.

If you need to install ScreenFlow, go to the App store and enter the Screenflow License Number when prompted.
Our Screenflow License Number is: SFD2-XQD4-5JCM-KPC6-U4YF (as of July 2022).

Once your Screenflow application has been opened, drag your mouse to the top left corner of your screen.
Click on File. Select New from the dropdown menu.

After opening your new project, this pop up window will appear.
Ensure the following settings are selected:
Built-in Retina Display
Computer Audio
This will allow you to record your computer's screen and outgoing audio.
(If you have another microphone, you will get an additional choice for Record Audio From.)

Begin recording by pressing the red button at the bottom of the pop up window.
Alternatively, you may click on the Camera icon shown here and select "Record", or you may press "Command+shift+2" on your keyboard.

Another pop up window will appear, with a message "Preparing to Record" with a five second countdown. Once complete, the recording will begin, and it will not stop until you tell it to.
Confirm it is actively recording by checking the camera icon. If there is a dot inside the camera, it’s working.

Once the event is over and you’ve recorded everything you need to, end the recording.
Click the camera icon and select “Stop Recording” or press “Command+Shift+2” on your keyboard.
A project window will appear, with a timeline, one or more audio/video tracks, and a visual display of the recorded material.

Before doing anything else, your recording project must be saved and named. Otherwise, you risk losing it permanently.
Click on “File” and select “Save” or “Save As” from the dropdown menu.

A pop-up window will appear, which will allow you to choose a name and storage location with which to save your work.
Save your file using the following naming convention:
“Presentation Type - yyyy.mm.dd - Presentation Title - Name of Presenter”
“Premium Webinar - 2023.05.23 - Obtaining Financial Independence - Josh”

Upload File to Zoho Workdrive > Media > Video > Raw for Editing.
Click Green Button that says "+ New".
Select Folder.
Name new folder same as recording file name.
Click on folder.
Drag and drop Screenflow File into folder, or "Click Here" to upload.
You are done. Great job!
