Proctor Instructions: How to Record Demo Volunteer Info

Get the information from GoToWebinar

1. Locate the Volunteer's name on the GoToWebinar Control Panel.

2. You know you have the correct person when you see the microphone on the left is green when the person is unmuted.

3. Click on the down carrot to the right of the person's name. From that dropdown menu, click on Copy Email Address to Clipboard.

 

Enter the volunteer info into Podio

Go to Podio > Marketing: Webinars > Volunteer Communications

Click on Add Volunteer Communication (green button).

Fill in the top 4 fields.

1. Volunteer's Name - type in the name as it appeared in the GTW Control Panel.

2. Volunteer's Email - Paste in the email address you just copied off of the GTW Control Panel.

3. Webinar - Search for the webinar by entering the date in the search field using this format MM/DD/YYYY, or for virtual seminar events, use the word "seminar." Click on the correct webinar with date.

4. Date - Click on the correct date from the calendar.

5. Click Save Volunteer Communications (green button).

Click on the webinar name (item #3). This will take you directly to the webinar listing in Podio.

Scroll down to the Volunteer Communications field.

Click on the person's name. It will be at the top of the list.

The person's name will be entered along with the date of the webinar.

After the webinar, the Presenter will fill in the session notes and send them to the volunteer through the Podio app.
