How to Move Keynote Presentation Over to Google Slides
Existing Keynote presentations that are moved over to Google slides will be more easily shared to be worked on by team members and edits made to them will be auto-saved.
Find the keynote file. Download. Open file.
File > Reduce File Size. Choose 1080p.
Click Reduce a Copy. Save.
File > Export To > Powerpoint. Click Save.
Go to Google Drive. Click on Shared Drives.
Click on Education Team > Certification > Certification - EN (English) OR other applicable language folder > EN - L1 - Emotion Code Certification OR other applicable folder.
Upload the Powerpoint file into Shared Google Drive folder. (Either drag it to the folder, or use +New on upper left.)
The Powerpoint will appear in the list of files.
Click on the title to open the Powerpoint presentation.
Click File > Save as Google Slides
You will see another file with the same name appear on the list of Google Slides.
Use the 3 dots to the right of the Powerpoint to delete this version.
Click Move to Trash.
Confirm you have saved it correctly by only seeing the Google Slides version and the Powerpoint has been deleted.
If necessary, rename the Google Slides file with the standard naming convention.
