Go to Zoho > CRM > Testimonials.
Select Daily Posting Testimonials as the filter in the left menu dropdown.
(Or use the filters and search fields for what you want using the left vertical menu.)

Click on the name of submitter of the testimonial to open it up.
Choose a testimonial by this criteria:
- Submitter gives permission to use name
- Submitter's location is listed (or you can find it in the contact record or Metorik)
- Story is uplifting and encouraging
- Story shows effectiveness of Emotion Code or Body Code
- Story is in alignment with correct teachings of Emotion Codes or Body Code with nothing extra or contradictory
- Story focuses on the Emotion Code or Body Code and does not praise a specific person
After deciding which one to use, scroll down to read the full testimonial.
Copy/paste the submitted Testimonial into the Edited Version field where you will edit it.
If the testimonial was submitted in a language other than English, paste the English translation below the original submission.
In the Edited Version field, edit the story following these guidelines:
- Edit for correct grammar and punctuation
- Add quote marks at the beginning of each paragraph
- Add quote mark at the end of the last paragraph
- Add submitter name and location
Prep testimonials ahead of time by a week or more and keep the Edited Version on the Testimonial Drafts Google Doc, along with these other details.

- Image info

Go to Adobe Stock and find an appropriate Image from standard image library (not premium)
Purchase and download the image.
Open Canva. Click on Create a Design > Custom Size.
Use 800 x 500 px.

Drag the image into the image field. Push it to the upper left corner, then expand it to fill the space to the borders.
Name the image using what you will use for Alt Text (to aid visually impaired).
Click Share > Download > Download.
Click Home (upper left horizontal menu).
Scroll to Recent Designs.
Click dots at upper right on image.

Select Move to Folder > Your Projects > Resources > Testimonials 2 (or other place where the image files will be stored).
Click purple box Move to Folder.
Go to Testimonial Drafts Google Doc.
Paste title of the Image onto the doc so you know which image to use later when the story is posted if you aren't posting it immediately.
Go to Wordpress - admin link
New Post

Add Title.
Click Default Editor.
Click Text mode.
Go to Testimonials Drafts - Copy/ paste Story with submitter name & location.
Double space.
Go to Testimonial Disclaimer, Thesaurus, Tags Google Sheet - Copy/ paste Disclaimer.
Click Visual mode.
Add trademarks, quote marks (if they are not there yet).
Highlight & bold keywords and phrases in the story for emphasis.
In the right column, make these selections:
Required language as English.
Translation Priority as Required.

Visibility as Public or Private if scheduling out ahead of time.
Publish immediately or change date to publish or schedule.
Categories as Testimonials.

Tags should all be selected from the approved list found on Testimonial Disclaimer, Thesaurus, Tags Google Sheet. Choose about 3-5 that are the most appropriate. Type in the field and click Add.
For Featured Image, click on Set featured image.

In upper left corner, click on Upload files.

Once the image appears with the check mark, in the Alt Text field, describe image to aid vision-impaired. Use the same description you named the image in Canva.
Click Set featured image.
Confirm that everything is filled in and click Publish.

Click View Post.

Confirm title, story, bolded words, submitter info, disclaimer.
Copy/paste published title into Google Doc (Testimonial Drafts).
Click on Zoho link to go to Zoho testimonial.
Go to Zoho Testimonial.
Fill in the rest of the fields. These must be filled in:
Review Status - Post Published
Title
Keywords - Short description to help categorize
Appropriate For - Where this could best be used
QA Checks for Posting - Confirm you got them all (Disclaimer, Quote marks, FTC compliant words, Submitter name & location, Trademarks applied appropriately)
Date to Publish
Link to Web Post
Can this testimonial be used really well somewhere else?

- Social Media
- Specific topic
