a. Add a header formatting to the headers and sub-headers
b. Start with H2 (H1 will be the main page title)
Under ‘Categories’ on the right side, select ‘Articles’ as the primary category. Choose the second category that applies to your article topic.

Under the Yeost SEO box at the bottom of the post, click ‘Edit Snippet’
a. Paste the first paragraph of your article into the ‘Meta Description’ box, then edit it down until the bar beneath it turns green.
b. Make sure you use your main keyword phrase in the meta description
a. Find an image that makes sense to with the article topic using the company Adobe Image account. Try to find images that fit the brand guidelines, while also looking natural, warm, and less like a stock image.
b. Download the image and resize it to be a bit smaller (around 800x600 is a good size).
c. Rename as you save it to something descriptive, with keywords from the blog top. (For example, instead of leaving the image as Image.jpg you would change the name to something such as WomanDancingInAField.jpg. Each image creates a unique url on the DH site so it’s helpful to have titles that aren’t too similar to one another.)
d. Upload the image under Featured Image 1
e. Add Alternative Text, or ALT text, when you upload a new image (or edit a previously added image). This is a good opportunity to add extra keyword usage. Describe the image and its use within the article. Most of the time simple images are used to add meaning to the article through a visual interpretation of the topic. In that case, simply descripe the image, including SEO keywords. If the image is a graph, or something more complex, it will require a more in depth explanation in the alt text.

Add link to previously created Zoho Task on the Marketing Board for this article, and tag QC Manager.
