Newsletter Email Steps
Go to this Canva folder to view previous Canva newsletter emails:

a.) Clone/ “Make a copy” of the previous week's Canva newsletter.

b.) Name the new copy in Newsletter "Date it's going out" (Example: "Newsletter Aug 1")

Change the image and text for the latest article or an old article if nothing new has been published. Usually go back 2 years if using an old one.

Changing an image in this design just requires you to make the image as large as the area, going to position, and clicking backward or To back.

Add any important announcements, sales, or anything that you want the most eyes on under the article highlight. There is no template or specific design for this since it varies. Updates are gathered from marketing team on Monday meetings.

Choose a new testimonial from latest testimonials found at: discoverhealing.com/testimonials
Nothing too long, and nothing too extreme with dramatic changes like "I was blind and could see again after one session" to avoid practitioner complaints.
Add in a relevant image. You can space words around the image by pressing enter on the word before it overlaps onto the image.

Add any images from Brad's previous events in the Events section after the testimonial. All images are gathered from the Marketing Team or Company Wide chat that Brad sends.

Start listing all events and highlight ones that you want to stand out by adding a special design and spacing between them or some graphic that makes it stand out.

I add a page if not yet added when the Canva file has filled up. Canva only allows the length of 8000 px. The extra space is removed & the image is spliced after downloaded.

After Events section I have started to add a section for book quotes from either The Emotion Code or The Body Code. You can find a quote in the ebooks taken from the books.

a.) Gather the latest practitioners names and convert to sheet view
- Emotion Code Practitioner List: https://crm.zoho.com/crm/org691949078/tab/Contacts/custom-view/4067319000014335250/list
- Body Code Practitioner List: https://crm.zoho.com/crm/org691949078/tab/Contacts/custom-view/4067319000014335275/list

b.) Select all the latest practitioners. Use the first name on the ones listed for the previous week to find the last name used in these lists.

c.) Combine first and last names in a list and add list them in the newsletter. The CONCATENATE sheet formulas help make this go faster but you can do it manually too.
d.) List them in this section and add some design to congratulate new practitioners.

Once you are done finalizing the newsletter updates, download the files. If it's two, you will get a zip file you need to open to find the multiples pages.

Once you find your file, you will need to select Open With, and then Adobe Photoshop 2023.

Once your newsletter is opened on Adobe, select the Slice Tool to start slicing all the images you want separated.
Start slicing all the sections, don't leave any of the sections too long as it affects the load rate on the email.
You select Slice by pressing down and dragging the tool to the desired slice area.

Now that you have all your newsletter images, you'll want to go to Marketing Automation and Email Campaigns.
https://ma.zoho.com/ma/home.do#emailcampaign/all
Clone the latest newsletter you can find.
This pop up with show up and you will want to change the Name of the campaign, then change the Subject to have the article name that you have for the new newsletter in the subject line. Once you're done scroll down and click Save.

Make sure to put all the links with their images. Click Save.

Once all has been finalized and everything looks good to go, create a task on the Marketing board under QC Review. Add the link to the email from Marketing Automation, tag Marketing Manager, Quality Manager, and COO to review.

Once you are done with selecting the list click then, then press Send.
You will get another pop up to confirm and then you'll confirm again then send it off.
This is when I go back to the task to move it to completed and you're done until the next week!

You are done. Great job!
Find a good post from a social media channel that stands out and add it here. You can choose different social frames found in Canva to make it look nice.
