Go to the Zoho Marketing Automation dashboard: https://ma.zoho.com/ma/home.do#dashboard

Searches can be done in two ways. If you know what List the person you’re searching for is on, skip to Step 7.

If you do not know the list that the person you’re searching for will appear on, go to "Leads > All Leads."

Click the Search funnel icon on the right.

You can search by name, phone number, or email address.

Type in the known information in the "I’m Searching For" field.

Once you’ve entered the known information, select view by “Active Leads.”

Deselect “My Leads” and instead choose “All Leads” for your search.

When all information has been entered, select “Apply” to begin your search. If user can be found, their lead information will appear.

If you know a mailing list the person is on, on the left of Zoho Marketing Automation, go to “Leads” > “Manage Lists.”

Once you’re in Lists, go to where it says “My Lists” and change to “All Lists” to see all Discover Healing email lists.

Select the desired list.

The second tab that will appear in the list dashboard is “Leads.” Go to “Leads” > locate the search magnifying glass icon and search for your lead with their name, phone number, or email address and hit “Apply” to begin your search. If user can be found, their lead information will appear.
