Troubleshooting Email Delivery Problem
This solution to the problem of our emails not being delivered, because they are get blocked or filtered out, is little tricky because in many cases we have limited control.
Here are the steps to take to understand and resolve the problem:
First, we need to verify internally whether the customer is currently on our active newsletter email list.
Next, we should check if their email address is on the suppression list in our Email Service Provider (ESP).
If their email is on the suppression list, we can take the appropriate action based on the reason (e.g., bounced, unsubscribed, etc.).
If their email is not on the suppression list, the customer can be instructed to whitelist emails from [email protected] to ensure delivery.
