Flow for Translating Emails into Different Languages
1. Write the email in English.
2. Create a Connect task card and put it on the Marketing Team Projects Board in the "QC Review" column.
Notify QC Manager. After it is QC'd, it will be moved into the "QC Done" column.
3. QC Manager will make QC edits.
4. QC Manager will create a Connect card for the Translations Board in the “Upcoming Tasks” column.
5. Translations Manager should automatically receive a notification on Connect. Notify Translations Manager.
6. Once translations are completed, Translations Manager will put the Connect card on Marketing Board in the "Ready for Marketing" column.
7. Schedule the email in Zoho Marketing Automation.
7. Filter recipients by language and sent out the email.
