How to Post a Live Body Code Seminar Event to Discover Healing Calendar
Visit https://crm.zoho.com/ and click the three dots in the header > Events / Seminars.

Filter for Upcoming Events.

Once an event is Confirmed and green, it is ready to post on the calendar. Click on it to view details.
For this example, we’ll look at the EC/BC Seminar in Milan, Italy.

From the event listing, you will need to get: Name of event, dates, times, venue information, speaker, link to venue, number of tickets available for sale, cut-off date for discounted room reservations, venue perks.
Navigate to the Discover Healing Wordpress back end at https://discoverhealing.com/wp-admin/
Select Events > Add Event.

Add the event name, location, and year to the title.
Add the date and time (making sure to double check the time zone).

Add or create a venue.
If the venue already exists in our system, simply select it. Click "Edit Venue" if any information needs to be updated.
Include the venue website, address, and any other pertinent information.

Select or add an organizer.
If the organizer already exists in our system, simply select them. Otherwise, add the organizer with all pertinent information.

Add the event URL and select the languages the event will be offered in.

Select the appropriate event category tags.

Set an appropriate Featured Image for the post.
The image dimensions should be around 800 x 500 px. I typically choose an attractive image of the venue or the town where the event will be hosted. This keeps the events page looking dynamic rather than all pictures of Dr. Brad.

For internal events (Our Events), set up tickets. For external events (Their Events) such as this one, leave the ticket section blank.

Select “+ Container”

Select Library Containers and search for ‘events’ in right field.

Depending on the event type you’ll want to use different containers.
Add the appropriate library containers (which will contain old event info, update the text to reflect your events details).
Using the CRM info, update the hotel details, amenities, photo, date, time, location, etc.
View the event draft and confirm that details are all correct.
Add the event link to the QC column of the Zoho Connect Marketing Task Board and tag QC Manager for review.
For Our Events, tickets will need to be added or created as a new product.
