How to Track Physical Products Shipped to an Event
1. The staff member requesting physical products to be shipped so they can be sold at an event will complete this Please Ship form:

2. After filling in all fields for the requested product, send a message on Cliq to the Customer Support Manager.
3. The Customer Support Manager follows the procedure for how to manually ship the product using Ship Hero.
4. Once the product is shipped, the Customer Support Manager will get the tracking number and add it to the Please Ship form.
