PROBLEM: Presenter cannot get on webinar

SOLUTION 1: Resend their invitation link from Zoom.

Do this:

1.) In Zoom backend, click on title to open up webinar.

2.) Scroll down to Alternative Hosts.

3.) Confirm the presenter name is on the list.

4.) To the right side, click on Resend Invitation.

5.) Each Alternative Host will receive another email invitation.

6.) Tell presenter to click on the link in the email to join.

SOLUTION 2: Register presenter and after they join, promote to Host.

Caution: This method will allow the presenter to join right when the webinar is starting (at the same time as everyone else), so it is not ideal.

Do this:

1.) In Zoom backend, click on title to open up webinar.

2.) Scroll down to horizontal menu and click on Invitations.

3.) Scroll down a little to find Invite Attendees.

4.) Click on Copy Invitation.

5.) Copy/Paste only the Registration Link into a new window.

6.) Fill in Registration Details. First & Last Name, email address. Click on Register.

7.) An email with join link will be sent to the presenter's email address.

8.) Tell presenter to click on the link in the email to join.

9.) Once the webinar is started, locate the presenter's name among the attendees and promote to Host.

10.) The presenter (now Host) will need to promote the previous Host back to Co-Host.
