How to Create a Premium Topic Webinar Keynote

Expand or collapse content 1. Choose topic

Choose from the approved list from the Content Strategist. Be sure it is appropriate for the season and it has not been covered before (or very recently).

Refer to Premium Webinar Topics + Immersion Path Monthly Themes sheet found at:

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1-CxGNWzUH-71A_gJX6XmrG24rhSMM2qVUhfKxyrE6bw/edit?usp=sharing

Expand or collapse content 2. Create title and bullet points

Create a short title that clearly identifies the topic.

Brainstorm a large list of possible bullet points. Think of ways that The Body Code can be applied to the topic. Choose the best four (at most five) to provide interest and information.

Expand or collapse content 3. Find previous premium topic webinar keynote

Get a previous recent Premium Topic Webinar and use it as a template (example) of what a finished one looks like to help you create the new presentation.

Look in dropbox.com for a recent previous keynote file. Go to: https://www.dropbox.com/home

Go to: Files > Discover Healing > Discover Healing > Media > Presentations > Webinars - Premium Webinar Presentations with Date > Premium Topical Webinars

Click on the title. (If there is more than one of the same title, choose the latest one.)

Download the keynote.

Click on Save.

Click on the downloaded file at the bottom left of your screen.

Expand or collapse content 4. Use previous keynote as a template

Under View, click on Outline from the dropdown.

This will show you the keynote outline with slide titles and bullet points.

Using this as a template will insure that you have correct intro and ending info, good structure for flow of the material, and end up being the right overall length.

Slides 2-6 and slides 35-37 will remain the same.

Expand or collapse content 5. Create outline for new keynote

Open up a new blank google sheet.

Column A = previous keynote outline

Column B = new keynote slide numbers

Column C = new keynote outline (as you create it)

Column D = ideas you want to include (like the new bullet points)

Enter the bullet points lower down in the column where each of those sections will begin in the new keynote.

Fill in the content to support each section.

Expand or collapse content 6. Get images for slides

Go to https://stock.adobe.com/ to get images for slides. You will need a different image for each of the new slides. Those that are the same as the previous keynote can be left as is.

Use filters to narrow down the search for good, clean photos with blank background space for text.

Set filters for: Horizontal, Images with Copy Space, and Isolated Only.

(See the image of the woman with the umbrella for an example.)

Expand or collapse content 7. Add images to new keynote

Under View, click on Navigator from the dropdown.

To change the current picture to a new image, click on the picture to select it. You should see little white boxes around the perimeter of the current image. Click the delete key on the keyboard to remove that image.

To add the new image, click on Media > Choose...

Select the image you want from your computer and it will pop into place.

Adjust the size to fit.

Expand or collapse content 8. Edit heading & text

Change the heading & text to fit the new keynote.

Click on what you want to change. You should see little white boxes around it. Begin to type in the new info in the middle of the old info. Then delete the old. (This will retain the same size and font.) Repeat with each area you need to change.

Expand or collapse content 9. Layer elements

If you need to adjust layers, click on Arrange and the use Back, Front, Backward and Forward options as needed.

Expand or collapse content 10. Presenter Bio Slide

Insert correct presenter bio slide right after the title. The bio slide should be slide 8.

Expand or collapse content 11. Save keynote

When you are completely done, click on File > Save.

Use this naming convention: Premium Webinar - Title - Date.key

(As in: Premium Webinar - Codependency - 01-09-2020.key)

Expand or collapse content 12. Upload to Dropbox

Upload to Dropbox at: https://www.dropbox.com/home/Discover%20Healing/MEDIA/Presentations/Webinars%20-%20Premium%20Webinar%20Presentations%20with%20Date/Premium%20Topical%20Webinars

Found at: Files > Discover Healing > Discover Healing > Media > Presentations > Webinars - Premium Webinar Presentations with Date > Premium Topical Webinars

Click on Upload files on the right side.

It will appear at the top of the list.

Click on it to open it. Double click on the URL line and Copy the link to it.
