How to Promote Show Requests on Social Media
Review agreed upon marketing assets to be provided by Discover Healing Marketing team.
Typically this includes 1-2 social media posts for shows, unless otherwise agreed and stated in the written agreement.
Take note of the date each item is needed by.
Coordinate with Executive Assistant (Jana) to acquire show information, logos, registration links, and other graphic needs for the show.
Add new tasks to the Zoho Marketing Board, including dates they need to be created by.
Include all necessary information with links to resources on each task.
Social Media Coordinator (Sara) will make creative graphics and have them QC'd, editing if necessary.
Social Media Coordinator (Sara) will schedule in the posts within 48 hours and notify Executive Assistant (Jana) when they have all been scheduled.
Ensure that all items are posted as scheduled.
