Overview Process for Their Events (copied)
Their Events include any opportunities where Dr. Brad will appear for shows, interviews, JV opportunities, speaking assignments, partnered seminars (either online or in person), or other similar type of events.
Whenever someone wants to do an interview, live event, online workshop, or presentation with Dr. Brad, direct them to fill out all fields on this this request form online:

Information on the request form funnels into Zoho > CRM > Appearance Requests and is reviewed and vetted by Dr. Brad's Executive Assistant. All details are considered, additional information is gathered, and it ia all stored in Zoho under the item for later reference.
During the vetting process, do not only use a standard form, but engage in negotiating conversations, particularly for seminars.
Vetting criteria includes:
Search their main website and any sub websites, looking for this criteria:
Ask specific questions to define what they want, including marketing demands and splits
Confirm their Contact List number for a minimum of 30,000
Confirm they have done a seminar/summit event before (confirm number of past attendees
Ask for previous speaker names at prior seminar/summit
Ask if other speakers will be presenting at the same event too
Ensure that their purpose or mission is aligned with Discover Healing, and will protect Dr. Brad’s reputation and name, etc.
If Dr. Brad's Executive Assistant feels that the request meets the vetting criteria, that opportunity is presented and discussed in the weekly Executive Team meeting, every Tuesday at 9:15 am Mountain time. A decision is made on doing the event or not.
Seminars need to be defined, such as
- They want Brad to speak at their event
- They want to partner for an event for mutual benefit
- They want to help a specific community (Native American, children, animals, etc.)
- Brad just wants to do the event
If they want to partner for an event, we will split 50/50 for ticket revenue, after expenses.
All sales of physical and digital products belong to Discover Healing.
If it is their event, the negotiation may be a speaking fee for Brad, plus his expenses (or something else appropriate).
Seminars must have a signed contract and registration link before they can be entered in Zoho CRM > All Events/Seminars. Upload the contract to the event in Zoho CRM > All Events/Seminars.
After the information is entered, Marketing will be notified.
All events must be entered in Zoho CRM > All Events/Seminars with complete details so others can access the info.
Hosts of "Their Events" should provide:
Screen/Projector package
Hand-held wireless microphone
Headset with microphone
Lodging for Brad & Jean
Lodging for accompanying staff members
Meals (or meal allowance)
Transportation expenses (air, ground, fuel, etc.)
Table for physical sales (if applicable)
Electricity
Wifi access
Paper & printing for handouts (if applicable)

Digital files will be emailed ahead of time so the Host can print handouts and other materials needed (if applicable).
Seminars may need a sales table for physical sales, depending on registration number.
Product will need to be ordered and shipped to the venue (if applicable).
The event will likely need a promo code, which will be created by the Event Coordinator.
The promo code will be for 10% off of certification, good through midnight Mountain time the last day of the event.
Event Coordinator:
Add the promo code to Zoho CRM to the Event and share it with Brad so he can include in the presentation slides. Also share it with Webinar Coordinator and Proctors assisting with the event so it can be shared with the attendees during the live presentation.
Discover Healing agrees to promote/market all events with Dr. Brad through these means:
Discover Healing Calendar post (which they refer to as "placing on our site")
Social posts on Facebook and Instagram
Discover Healing weekly Newsletter (105,000+ reach, best Open Rates and Click through Rates)
Giveaway 2 tickets to host's event (If Host agrees, this is a great marketing tool)
Negotiated items: Invite Videos and Facebook Live, possibly solo emails (but very rare for these items)
Post event notes are important so needed data is available for future evaluations.
