Watch the video with subtitles on. For an expanded view of subtitles, click on the upper right of a subtitle in the video.

From this view, you can search for a word/phrase. Go back to previous view by using the X in upper right corner.

Do a Quality Check on subtitles and fix errors. Specifically look for these things that may need editing:

speaker's name, double lines, incorrect words, spacing, capitalization, etc.

Click on Edit next to the language you are working with.

An  SRT file box will appear. Edit directly in the box.

For name of each speaker, use a dash and square brackets as shown. Add speaker name each time the speaker changes.

Make double lines single by putting curser at the beginning of second line and pressing delete. Then add a space.

Click on Update to save your changes often so you don' t lose your work.
