How to use Your Vendor Portal
Accept the Invitation from Discover Healing
In order to obtain a vendor portal, a team member from Discover Healing, Inc. will start the process by creating an account for you and inviting you to your vendor portal. You'll receive an email it looks like the one below. The subject line of this email will be as shown below (1). Make note of your portal URL (2). Your user name will be the email address that you provided (3). Click on the green "Accept invitation" link provided in the email.
Create a Password
Remember, your username is the email address you provided.
Fill out your organization details...
Will we be filing a 1099 report for you?
If we will not be providing a 1099 report for you, click on the continue button.
Otherwise, put a checkmark in the indicated place, and enter your tax ID, then click continue. then click continue.
Enter your billing and shipping address
Then click continue.

How to Request Payment
Once you set up a vendor account with Discover Healing, Inc., a very special website link is created for you that will enable you to be paid more quickly than ever before. It's kind of a secret link, no way in a special place. Here's how to find it!
Under "My Details," Click the "View More" button...
And there it is! Your very special, unique, one of a kind vendor payment request link. Click that link (it's a long link, and wraps to 3 or 4 lines, don't let that scare you!) and you'll be taken to a page that looks like this:
Fill out the form, and upload an invoice if you have one (preferred), then click "Submit."
You will receive a message that your request has been submitted. By using this method of requesting bills, your request will be automatically connected into our accounting system much more efficiently, and that means you will get paid faster! So use this method!
When our accounting staff has reviewed your invoice and converted it into an actual bill in our system, you will see the amount of your invoice reflected under "outstanding invoices" as shown below. Note that this is not an immediate process, so it may take a few days for the amount of your invoice to show up in "outstanding invoices."
Once your invoice has been approved to be paid, you can view it by clicking on the "Invoices" tab on the left side of your screen.
Once payment has been made on your invoice, the "outstanding invoices" amount will change to reflect the payment, which will be shown under "Last Payment Received," as shown below. Note that the document you uploaded may continue to be shown as "Pending" until the end of the accounting cycle. Note also that "Last Payment Received" would more accurately be read as "Last Payment Initiated," as a payment may take a few days to arrive either in your account or in the mail.
View a Statement of Account
No thank you can view a statement of your account as a vendor at any time by clicking on the "Statements" tab as shown below.
