How to Add a Vendor & Invite Them to the Portal
Open Zoho Books/Purchases/Vendors
Click the "New" button to create a new vendor.
Fill in all the basic information about the new vendor.
Click to allow Portal Access
Save the new Vendor.
Invite the New Vendor to the Vendor Portal
Note that until the Vendor clicks on the link in the email invitation that has been sent, their status will be reflected as shown below.
