Requirements:

  • Item/SKU Creation:
    • SKUs can be created manually within ShipHero using your login credentials. Please refer to the instructional video found in the ShipHero Essentials link below.
      • To setup digital SKUs to be ignored by our end, when creating items you need to select the following options in the item settings:
        • Do not add to invoice
        • Drop Ship Only
        • Is Virtual SKU
        • Auto Fulfill
          • Having these settings marked will cause the item to not be shown for pickers/packers and allows us to process the order without error.
      • Alternatively, you may use the Item Update template to provide us with the new SKU information.
        • Always provide as many details as available, but the absolute minimum requirements are the SKU and Name Fields (The Name field is where you can type the name or description).
  • Manual Order Creation (for orders not synced via Integration)
    • Orders can be created manually within ShipHero using your login credentials. Please refer to the instructional video found in the ShipHero Essentials link below.
      • Attachments can still be added to orders as you have done previously. Please let me know if you need any assistance finding this.
      • Alternatively, you may use the attached Order Import Template to provide us with orders. There is sample data in the template to show how information must be provided.
        • You will notice the first order in the template has 2 lines both for the same order - this is what must be done to provide more than one SKU on an order. There should be one line per SKU.
    • PLEASE NOTE: Orders must be provided within ShipHero or via Order Template in the correct format with accurate data prior to order cutoff to ensure same-day shipments.
  • Inbound PO Creation - Entered prior to arrival of inbound shipments
    • For any inbound shipment headed to our facility, it is required that you create a PO transaction within ShipHero for us to receive against.
      • Once the product arrives, we are then able to print out the PO and compare our counts directly with the quantities expected.

    • IMPORTANT: Inbounds with POs created receive highest priority. If an inbound arrives with no PO active within ShipHero, alternative customer inbounds with existing POs will be prioritized until a PO for your shipment has been created.
